We are a team of dedicated individuals that share the same goal, believing that everyone should have access to beautiful things.
Lois Griffin
Founder
​
Lois has over 15 years experience as an Interior Designer, starting her first interior design business when she was just 22. Since then, she has worked on a range of projects with a impressive range of both local independent studios and market leaders within the industry, including her recent post as Head of Design at Homewings; an international start up aimed at disrupting in the commercial design industry based in London, UK.
Lois is passionate about business ethics, responsible marketing, and sustainability. Lois launched REVOLUTION to offer an alternative business based solution to the waste and excess caused by consumer culture in the interiors industry; in turn helping those in need to have the opportunity of a comfortable home.
Robbi Desport
Sales and Customer Services Manager
Robbi has worked at Lois's side in the interiors business for 12 years and enjoys being the face of the business (it's a good face too!). Exceptionally cool, creative and friendly, he’s great with clients; whether you are buying a lamp or collaborating with us - he’s the guy you will likely meet and have chew your ear off!
He worked with Lois during their Grand Designs collaboration with HiveHaus leading the client relationship, as well as being our representative at the show. Robbi loves nothing more than networking and meeting people of all backgrounds and is the reason behind many of our long standing relationships and returning custom.
Jake Marshall
Branding
A graduate at Plymouth College of Art in Graphic Design Jake believes in understanding and exploring the relationships between design and
the brand and thrives when given the opportunity to form concepts from beginning to end.
Enjoying the difference in viewers, his mission is to create lasting, meaningful connections between brands and the audience.

At REVOLUTION Jake is responsible for our overall brand concept and art direction, ensuring we engage with our customers and communicate our message sincerely, creatively
and beautifully.
Jeremy Westcott
Head of Giving
Jeremy has over 40 years fascinating experience working in Advertising, Marketing, Hospitality and Media across the UK, America and India. As well as his vital work at REVOLUTION you will find him busy in his vital role as Marketing Director for Frome FM, and running the local and well loved flea market in the town.
Jeremy shares REVOLUTION's passion for upcycling, re-purposing and regenerating products to ensure the sustainability of the planet and as someone already heavily involved in charity work, is keen to encourage the positive contribution businesses can make to social and community projects, leading by example.
At REVOLUTION Jeremy is responsible for distributing and allocating our donations to the appropriate charities and local community projects, as well as building long standing partnerships with projects who can benefit from the REVOLUTION mission.

Lorna Blake
Head of Digital Marketing

Lorna is a local & national business owner. She has vast experience in everything that is required to run and manage a business, but is particularly interested in digital marketing.
She owns and runs her own local events company as well as a popular children's based Instagram account, where she has amassed over 18k followers in just over a year.
Lorna joined REVOLUTION in November 2021 and is in charge of our digital marketing. She analyses and meticulously plans out all of our social media communications, campaigns & content as well as working closely with Tania on broader promotions and events.
Dina Chehrazi
Creative Content

Dina is a young artist, writer and photographer, passionate about creating interdependence between the businesses, the planet, and the people.

After leaving her degree in creative arts at SOAS to pursue real-life practical experience and impact; she joined REVOLUTION. Here, she is responsible for all our creative content such as photography and written content. You will find her beautiful work across our social media and website in the form of stunning photography and thought provoking blogs.
